Best car wash in the Katy fulshear area. Great staff always willing to help
Got my car wash after rain stop. When I got to the washing entrance there’s nobody to guide me to get in correctly. I have to honk my horn and one guy came out to guide me. During the car wash, I noticed the soap is not that much. Just little slope came out but all water. Not satisfied and no vacuum due to raining (understandable). They also don’t provide cleaning clothes here. You have to bring your own while another car wash provides it with windshield spray.
I WASHED MY CAR AND MY REAR SPOILER BROKE, THEY DIDN'T DO ANYTHING, I WAS AT A LOSS. THEY DIDN'T GIVE A DAMN, THEY SAID IT WAS NORMAL FOR THIS TO HAPPEN.
