Good fast wash
Definitely do not recommend. On August 23, my car’s bumper was damaged during the wash. Right after exiting the car wash, I called the staff and had a report filed. I also received an email the same day confirming that they were aware of the issue and would review the camera footage and get back to me. I didn’t hear anything for 10 days, so I sent an email—no response. I tried calling—no one answered. Would be 0 stars if I could. Husband brought his brand new truck (1 week old) here and noticed it was all scratched up on the hood when we arrived home. They have been giving us the run around for over 2 weeks. We visited multiple times and one time a manager even hid in the bathroom to avoid the conversation. Each time they ask us for the same information that was given to them before. No one has been any help or professional about any part of this.
