Five stars just for Tyji's customer service skills alone! My grandfather and I had some difficulties using the carwash because we had canceled our new membership (we were using a free wash gifted to us from the company) and he and another coworker (sorry I didn't get his name) helped me call corporate and let us sit in the vacuum area while we sorted out our situation on the phone. Everyone there was extremely kind and friendly the entire time and made the experience extremely wonderful!
Christian was a very knowledgeable and helpful in helping me figure out what wash would best suit my car. First time here so it was great to have such guidance.
Always busy but if you have a problem they'll get right on it. Great customer service
The vacuums are extremely strong and made cleaning the interior quick and easy. Huge shoutout to Gage super friendly, professional, and helpful. Fast service, great attitude, and powerful equipment. I’ll definitely be coming back.
