Working with Terrance (spelling) regarding replacement part damaged during recent wash on my BMW. Terrance worked with BMW to replace the part, however, no parts available anywhere worldwide. Terrance found an OEM part on eBay and is working with BMW to match paint. Best point is that he followed up and continues to keep me posted. Thank you for bringing back faith in customer service.
This is an excellent car wash with convenient locations that make it easy to keep our vehicles clean. The service quality is consistently great, and we've been very satisfied with the results every time we visit. The only improvement we'd love to see would be the addition of family membership options, which would make it even more affordable for households with multiple cars. Despite this minor suggestion, we absolutely love coming here and would definitely recommend it to others looking for reliable car wash services.
I’ma monthly member.. it’s great to have a car wash that you don’t have to worry about scratches, dents and an inferior job. They should throw in one premium wash a month.. that’d be a bonus!
