Rude attendant (girl) started arguing with me when I asked her why is that machine asking for a tip if I’m driving my car to the machine and do the vacuum myself. Aren’t they get paid to do their jobs. So pretty much instead of de-escalate the situation she just kept arguing. Pay your employees better!
The attendant giving the instructions to enter the car wash was very friendly and attentive. Great service.
James was extremely rude to me. I arrived about 3:40. I didn’t want to sign up for the plan they have and he wouldn’t stop belittling me and raising his voice until we got into an argument. He said his manager is Carissa . So Carissa (if this is your name), I hope you are reading this review. I won’t be back.
