They don't scrub the tailgate anymore and this is what you look like when ur done with the wash. Not to say how scratched ur vehicle gets from their washes. And I'm not the one who's supposed to be contacting you regarding if the fixing of the problem. You need to be contacting me instead to make things right. This is not the 1st time tailgate doesn't get washed properly. This happens on every wash all over town.... Only fix is to scrub the tailgates by hand. And get rid of your plastic washers... I went in today and had an awesome experience Dustin approached me introduced himself as the site manager, asked me about my experience with how they handle my car wash. definitely going back very appreciative
