I've used this car wash several times and have always had a good experience. The wash process is quick and convenient, and my vehicle comes out looking clean and refreshed. I also appreciate the free vacuum stations, which make it easy to finish cleaning the interior before heading out. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the facility is well maintained. Overall, it's a reliable spot for keeping your car clean without spending a lot of time.
On May 31 we stopped at the Airway Heights location and purchased a membership. One week later we visited the same location to wash the car and were told we did not have a membership. So we coughed up another $30 to buy another membership. Got a receipt this time to make sure we got what we paid for, and no, we did not. We were charged $28.37 for a single wash. the customer service was fast and efficient. the girl at the kiosk i think her name was maritza. she was super friendly and made sure to tell me every detail about every wash option. the wash itself is very nice and made my car come out looking very shiny and clean.
This place is awesome!!! Great customer service. Whoever is in charge of the day to day operations at this location need a big increase in pay.
