There was no line. Even of there was it goes quickly. They just put in all new vacuums. If you go at least once a week the monthly rate pays for itself.
I had a fairly dirty car and decided it was worth paying for a car wash. At no point before I paid did any employee mention that the condition of my vehicle would affect the wash or warn me that the brushes would be turned off. After paying and going through the wash, I immediately noticed that most of the brushes didn’t seem to engage. When I got out to inspect the car, it was still dirty. First time here. Came in with two separate cars... we asked if we could pay together and the lady with the tattoos made it seem like we asked for an impossible task. We got on two separate lanes and she was making comments about us with her co-worker. She was rude, terrible customer service. Their facilities are great and everything else was great but she definitely ruined the experience.
Go ahead and scrub down your car with sand and dirt, you’d probably get the same result! I’ve seen cheap gas station car washes do a better job than this place, what a joke. Save yourself the trouble and rinse down your car with a garden hose instead, I’d bet it would clean better than this “car wash” would. Staff is friendly however, so there’s that.
I asked for a refund they would not give me so I did a dispute with My bank and I got my money back I like this car wash, but the last four times I returned my mirrors are being readjusted the wrong way my mirrors And it’s not like an old car where you do it by hand their gears in there that are popping and clicking that will break if you constantly do it so can we figure out what’s going on?
