I haven't gotten a wash yet that has gotten all the dirt off my vehicle, but with how closely you are loaded on the conveyor, that doesn't surprise me. I bought the monthly package so I can go through whenever I feel I need to. *The staff have always been extremely nice and helpful!
Genuinely frustrated with the customer service at this Ankeny location. This location’s card reader does not scan my membership pass, and I always have to wait for a worker to come do it manually. Secondly, today when I visited a heavily soiled car went ahead of me and was not pre rinsed off so I refused to go behind it. When I engaged with the worker about this he told me the pre wash was not part of their package. I see this as a tool to reduce liability and keep undesirables out of the brushes. Sad.
Can not get all the prices of all wash packages on there website
I had to edit my rating because you have gone so downhill. You have raised your prices, eliminated services, and won't accommodate customers(multiple times). This is why I have canceled, after 10 years being an unlimited member.
