They only prespray one side of the car, its my only complaint. Part 2... Went back today as I have several times since this review. Bugs all over the front of the truck. I was the only one at the car wash, yet again no pre spray and really did nothing for the bugs. Shame on me for keeping on paying monthly. Maybe time for a change.
I was in Midland and I drive a dually. I had time to burn so I thought I would was h the truck, the gentleman at the driveway informed me that this location isn’t equipped with the facilities to wash dually trucks. He was very kind. I asked if I could use the vacuums and he said absolutely!
Love my Mr Wash. always so happy and friendly. My favorite people are always there. Always smiling, always a wave, and I let them know how much I appreciate them taking all the bugs off my windshield in the front of my car.
