My car was damaged in this car wash because the car in front of me jumped the track and I was propelled into it. My car was damaged and the car wash is denying responsibility! This is pathetic and disgusting. If you have a problem there they will NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY. Update. We pulled up to the car wash and there was a LINE of people. I wanted to leave but my wife had asked to get it done so we waited. The employees were friendly, professional, a well-oiled machine. Then we got into the car wash and noticed we had some extra things happening like hot shine and wheel polish. Ive had a car wash subscription here for quite some time and am very happy with the results. My car looks perfect every time. Also, customer service is quick to resolve any issues you may have. Give them a try. You wont be disappointed.
we pay monthly and it is SO worth the money. we can go through as many times as we want and always have the best service and results. the staff is so kind and friendly. it’s very convenient, can roll through quickly and take off or go through and spend as much time as we need to utilize they’re interior cleaning amenities and do a deep clean.
I visited this establishment about a month ago just to freshen up my car with a quick clean and I was very pleasantly greeted by a young lady by the name of Justice. After saying hello and welcoming me, she told me a detailed and professionally presented run down on the options. After choosing the titanium option, she thanked us and chatted with us for about 30 seconds while we waited on the car ahead of us to move forward.
