The agents greet upon my approach and are always very pleasant. They’re very helpful also! Especially when I couldn’t figure out how to turn the automatic wipers off prior to entering the car wash. As well as guiding me onto the rails as I approach the car wash. Their helpful kind greeting makes the experience very pleasant.
Don't try to wash your car in this place. This is the worst place ever to wash your car, unprofessional management, very bad cleaning tools, and a non-secured washing machine, which caused a lot of scratches on my car body after frequent washing, finally, yesterday 04/15/2025 The washing brushes that rotated violently to wash the car body, tore the side mirror glass out of its place and completely shattered it while I was inside the car watching what the machine did. Let me preface this with the fact the attendees are very professional and kind. No complaints there. However $28 and my car isn’t even clean. I can wipe the dirt off with my fingers. That’s ridiculous.
Always friendly and helpful staff, wash is always working and not breaking down like others I have used. Very pleased with this carwash and will continue to use every day with my membership.
Very convenient and reliable at the Riverstone location. Staff is great and this chain is also in multiple states so when I’m traveling, I have used it there as well.
