We have used Mr. Car Wash for years, and have been very satisfied. A few weeks ago, the door at the end of the car wash did not open as my car approached it. The door clipped the hood of my car, damaging it. Brittany, the manager, was amazing! Her quick response got the repair process started. I have my vehicle back and am very satisfied with the whole repair process. Thank you so much!!
I’d give this place 0 stars, but apparently consistency isn’t their thing. They happily charge you $30/month for “unlimited” washes, which is ironic because the quality is… extremely limited. I’ve seen better results from a garden hose and mild disappointment. But the real highlight? After TWO YEARS of going there, some employee suddenly whips out a tire measuring gadget like she is inspecting a NASA launch and tells me my car can’t go through anymore.
