Used once for the first time to see what it was like. It was fast, left plenty of dirt on my vehicle and also RIPPED OFF the rear trim piece of my Yukon. Unfortunately I didn’t see it until I later in the evening, I will be calling tomorrow. For $23 I expected a clean vehicle. This location has deteriorated since I initially signed up for the membership. Not all of the brushes work in the car wash and half of your car remains dirty. Not all of the bays are operational, either both hoses don't work, have enough suction, or the air nozzle is off, broken or not enough air pressure. The location near the Outlets of Des Moines is ALWAYS better no matter what the weather is.
