Vacuums are nearly always clogged and have low suction plus they come out of outlets easily. The attachments fall off easily too. Staff does not monitor the vacuum area so everyone comes in to use them even when not buying a wash! These individuals hog up vacuuming area with their filthy dirty cars because you have a sign that says, “free vacuums.” It’s an invitation to let just anybody in there! Operator was kind enough to ask about my front bumper, which is a bit loose. He asked to see if I wanted the cleaners to avoid my bumper to not cause more damage. I had never gotten asked that before, it just showed he cares enough!
