First of all, I do not like giving out bad reviews, but this one has to be done to warn the public of the internal management with Mister Car Wash on Pine Island RD. First mistake, I was being charged for 2 vehicles, my Passat and someone else’s vehicle, a Black 2014 Dodge Durango which was not mine. Once I caught the double charging on my credit card statement, I went into the office on Pine Island Rd. and talked with Justin.
