It seems ever since Mister took over, a lot of missed perks and incentives when Daddy O's had it taken care of in the community on a clean car! Don't get me wrong, the quality of the cleaning materials is good and the customer service is good with the employees on deck....but no hand dryers and the vacuums seem to have a malfunction not really having enough power to do job rightl. It seems the prices could be a little bit more reasonable and affordable, but i understand they have a business to run and expenses to pay so hope... read more
Horrible customer service. Prices are the same, no air fresheners anymore. There are no longer people that spray your tires and dry you off after you are done. All the vacuums are either packed with junk and have no suction or the heads are falling off when you use them. The employees are rude and not helpful. I am taking all the money I would spend in washing my car there and buying all of my own supplies and doing it at home. Never again, I don’t give this place 6 months....
Had a good experience at Mister Car Wash. Only bad thing was I had to go back after my trip to Mexico, bad idea to get a car wash then head somewhere with little paved roads. I do however miss the employees that would dry the vehicle at the end. Larry, believe he is a manager was very courteous. Thanks for the good service.

Lots of potential not realized. The exterior signage is nearly useless in finding this place. Even if you spot the small obscure sign, the actual entrance is around 2 blocks to the back. Friendly professional employees are a plus. The wash tunnel is set on a single level of performance, meaning whether you buy the most or least expensive wash the results are neither...
