The one off Lohman is the worst car wash I've ever been to! The first time I ran my car through it didn't wash the front window, or the back, and left a white milky residue on my entire car. I immediately went through again, and the same thing happened that works. I ended up taking it home and washing the entire car by hand scrubbing to get the white residue off and the bugs at the carwash never even touched.
Never again will I use this car wash. They refuse to accept responsibility for negligence on their part to ensure my vehicle could go through their car wash machine without being damaged. Without properly making sure that our vehicle was on the rails, they overloaded the machine. They overloaded it making our car slip off the rails, pushing the vehicle behind us, not once, but twice against the back bumper. More expensive for the results you don’t get. Huge downgrade from Daddy Os. Won’t be going back.
Expensive for what you get. The vacuum cleaner sucked one of my buttons off my armrest, let an employee know they said they couldn't stop the vacuum, understandable. Told me they would look for it and call me , still waiting for a call with either they found it or not. Very poor customer services. They got rid of all their employees to automate and save money. I was there Saturday had not been there since they first changed management, thought maybe it would have improved but NOPE wash is horrible. My car was still soaking after the dryer. When I open the trunk for my towels there was so much soap left in the creases and back of my car I had to pour water all over it. It's not worth the $16!
Since it became Mister car wash the prices went up and they quit hand finishing/drying the cars. Never did clean off all the bugs.
