We usually go to the screaming eagle car wash but stopped here due to it being by a location we were at. Our tires didn’t get clean so we asked to be ran through again since we paid for the wash with tire cleaning. The attendant wouldn’t run us through and said we should of used the “pre wash” bucket sitting on the curb. It had no sign on it and was easily missed. I go through here at least twice a week. Lost a bet today though. I've noticed for quite some time, the yellow light at the end goes behind the mirror, like Magic, comes back into view, it's Green! Worked like clockwork each time. Not Today....🤷🏼♂️. That light was green before my tailgate was dry. What's up with that? This Mister Car Wash was improperly working (confirmed by employees) on 8/18/19 which caused the vehicle in front of us to stop inside the car wash. Which in turn pushed my Suburban into the car in front of us. This caused significant damage to my front bumper and Mister car wash refuses to accept responsibility even after the assistant manager said the car wash was at fault. I was told today that they will no longer accept month to month purchases, that I must auto renew monthly. I bluntly told the attendant that I do not, and drove off. IF this is a policy, it is ridiculous. If I can buy one wash at a time, why can I not buy one month of washes at a time? You lost a customer, Mister.
$16.00 car wash, that rushers you through, and doesn't get your car clean. Ripoff!!!
