The GM came out and inspected my car after the wash. He personally grab a towel and some cleanser and made sure the front was free of bugs. I love this car wash and he made it even better today. Great customer service!
Luis (general manager) spent extra time helping get gum off my car exterior. He cares about his customers and wants people to leave satisfied with the service. I appreciate him going above and beyond to make sure my car was clean.
Always exceptional. What most impressed me is the gentleness of the washing mechanisms. Softer than most and the dryer- seldom leaves water/soap residue after the wash. Always exceptional!
