Didn't do a good job! No pre wash area ,and no window cleaner or towels available.. at least if they have it somewhere you have to pay extra!

I came to this location a couple days ago while not having the best day but right as I pulled up there’s this wonderful young lady with the biggest smile. She was very nice and welcoming while explaining me my options. I’m not sure if she was part of management but she was very put together. We had a short talk and she seems like she’s going very far in life. Great job keep up the good work
Every misters I go to, and I go through a bunch in Central Florida. I always have an issue with nobody wanting to spray the front of my car off with their chemicals. They keep at the front when they scan your sticker to go through the car wash I went to this location Scrolled my window down and had to verbally asked the lady to spray my window and then she gave me a dirty look after I came out of the car wash.
