This location damaged our vehicle..we were told someone from corporate would contact us...nothing....called to speak to the manager at the location and were again told that the manager would contact us...again, nothing....in the process of taking legal action.
Went through and paid the $17 and got a basic wash... normally it has the green, orange, and purple wash cycle. ummmmm NOPE, I received the basic wash - what a rip off!!!

Horrible. My son's vehicle was damaged and the kids that work here plus the manager Jaylon Joy were very rude and unprofessional. As a manager it is your job to get to bottom of the incident and correct the problem not try to hide it. No name tags. They didn't want to give us their names. I had to call their corporate office. Waiting to hear from them tomorrow for a claim on my son's car. My insurance will not be fixing his car yu all will. This was the fault of your attendants.
