I have an suv and normally this place would use the brush and clean up under the overhang on the back glass and in the middle on the back of the car. When you go through the wash these areas don’t get clean. There were two guys working and no one brushed those areas of my car or sprayed anything at all. I went inside to ask about it and was told the only thing they brush now is a trailer hitch. This is unacceptable when I paid for a premium wash. Their vacuums have terrible suction. Car wash caused swirl marks in wifes 2018 Lexus, management was not helpful, 650.00 in damage. Beware if you have a dark colored new car.
do not used this car wash ,I have been going here, since it open years ago,never had a problem ,today got the same wash as always I ask the young man to get my tailgate good,after wash tailgate was not touch , I ask him why he said they don't use a brush anymore,there no sign that said anything about a trailer hitch, the brunch want touch the truck,I ask why he didn't tell me ,he couldn't say ,how there's know one to talk to me there, so please,go to another wash please, this is sorry service
I drove through and while vacuuming my car an attendant came and asked me to come through again. They had set something incorrectly for my vehicle type and wanted it to be cleaned better. I honestly hadn't noticed but I really appreciate their honesty and eye for detail.
