I went this morning to the Martin King Blvd location in Killeen. Paid $10 for a wash mostly because I needed to vaccuum. To my surprise, when I went to the vaccuum area, there were no vaccuums! The decided to eliminate them without posting any notice outside. Now I have to spend another $10 in another place. I want my $10 back!
I’ve been taking my vehicle to Mr. Carwash for years now. I have their $59.99 month membership for my Lexus GS 350 and they scratch my vehicle very bad, I brought it up to their attention and they said they would look at the videos to determine if the damage was there from before. I came back 4 days later because they never called me back, I spoke to “the manager” and he said that the videos were “inconclusive” so they wouldn’t pay to fix it.
