I’ve been taking my vehicle to Mr. Carwash for years now. I have their $59.99 month membership for my Lexus GS 350 and they scratch my vehicle very bad, I brought it up to their attention and they said they would look at the videos to determine if the damage was there from before. I came back 4 days later because they never called me back, I spoke to “the manager” and he said that the videos were “inconclusive” so they wouldn’t pay to fix it. Awful! My Jeep looks worse than when I went in. The back of it is nasty. Bugs are not off of the front. Sides look good. Attendant said the back can not get any cleaner because of the tire. Total crap. I paid for a $20 wash. Only the sides look good.
This place used to be good. now my car only gets half way clean and they raised their rates. went through and got car washed today and vacuumed. when I got home I noticed that I left a floor mat. by the time I got back up it was gone. The female employee said she put it up next to the wall because she didnt know what to do with it. I told her she should have put it in a lost and found area so someone doesnt take it. They cost $$. The employees looked so confused.

Been a Customer for Over 5 years...Love the Service....Drive Thru...Cedar Park is the Bomb... Pass up all of the other locations because of the customer service I received in Cedar Park
