Edit: i just went to Bliss, and the car was still dirty on the back and they themselves suggested I go back through. No one questioned my validity or anything. This is how it should be, period. No car wash employee should treat a person as if they are a criminal. Bliss was a validating experience and I wont be returning to Mister Car Wash, *obviously. Love Mister Carwash I’ve been a member for years there always welcoming professional very clean helpful with a positive energetic attitude had a incident that accrued and Assistant Manager Patrick helped with the report followed protocol and the General Manager Denis Cubias went over and settled everything thank you so much for taking the time and assisting your members very much appreciate you going above and beyond :))
