This is a very unethical business. I paid for an unlimited membership for a few months and when I canceled it they sent me a cancelation confirmation email so I thought all was good. But I kept seeing a $29.99 charge on my bank account for MCW#43, but it took me a while to Google it. And come to find out, it was Mister Car Wash still charging my account every month for 6 months after the cancelation. They refused to give me more than 3 months' refund.
