Car was stitched on the passenger side bad service from manager. Will take to small claims court.
For some reason, this location has chosen to remove the self service pre-wash tanks. Not having those areas to scrub the bugs before going through your wash make the whole thing practically useless. The front end of my truck look just as bad after going through as it did before I went in. There are plenty of other washes in town, this one won't be getting any more business from me.
They had VERY good service today. Everyone was engaged in helping me at the wash. Great Customer Service Experience.

I am being billed monthly $30 and owners wont fix equipment. Employees have to listen to people complain over and over. They showed me a computer they were told not to touch until someone can figure out the correct settings. Close the damn place and quit ripping us off in Clinton until you fix it. Just damn greedy,I am cancelling subscription,this has been going on for almost two months now. Going to Chamber and BBB as well. #sickofbeingscrewed
Do not use this car wash. I took my car through this car wash a couple of weeks ago and while in the blowing/drying section my sunroof busted into a million pieces. Scared me to death. There was a loud noise, the pressure of the blower was very strong and then this happened. Now they refuse to pay for my new sunroof. In so many words, the manager told me that they often send cars to a body shop for damage - maybe not this severe. You are taking a chance by driving your car through.
