My mom had her car in on a Friday afternoon, went home and the next day when we got in the car noticed a huge crack in the middle of her sun roof. We immediately went right back there to show them. They seemed to be all helpful by taking pictures and saying they would contact her early the following week. I just moved here from Arkansas and this car wash in town is my favorite!!! I love that I can auto draft monthly and get my car washed as much as it is needed!! The staff is always very nice and my car is always very clean!
I just wanted to apologize I was In the Heat of the Moment last week when I left that review about my car being damaged and then the whole rental car thing I should have thought before I spoke and I just wanted to say how sorry I am and thank you for working with me and my family to get my car fixed your car wash is an amazing place in my book it's the best in town and so I just wanted to take this time to apologize and let you know that I did delete my last review
