I recently went to this location as I’ve often did over the years, to find out that there employees aren’t following CDC guidelines during this pandemic. After asking the employee to not walk to the window of my vehicle she insisted on doing so. I promptly left that location and will never return. The staff at this location is highly familiar with me, and I’ve never had issues. This experience has changed the game. Each time I go to this particular car wash the manager there seems to have a major problem with me… it is gone from canceling my membership from one thing or another and I specifically believe that I am targeted by this gentleman. The staff are friendly and they have good prices
Decided to try the Automated location for the first time today. I paid $18 for the platinum wash. The result was a 3 minute wash that looks the same as a gas station wash. There was still bird poop on the roof and even the windshield. the wheels are half way clean. I pointed out stuff all over the door they said it was road tar that would not come off even though i was able to remove it with my fingernail. This place is terrible!!! I used to go to "Bubbles" at the same location, which was fine. Then, Mister Carwash took over, charged my credit card, without my consent for the month. My tail light was broken in the autowash, and they promised to fix it, taking my phone number and information, only to NEVER contact me, that was on 6/30/14. Still waiting....
