Horrible customer service at the 210 FM 1960 E location. I was extremely dissatisfied with services and the undetailed car wash i received. I waited for about two hours for my car to get completely detailed. Not one employee notified me about my car being ready. Then i walked outside to look for my car and it was unattended for about fifteen minutes before i found someone to give me my car keys.
