Went and bought the platinum service this morning and was extremely pleased. I didn't feel pressured to purchase a membership it was only recommended. I asked for a complementary towel to wipe the extra droplets on my car was given one without hesitation. The vacuums worked efficiently as well. For someone who always washes and details his own vehicle I have to say, this place gets a 5 star from me
