Fast wash but the staff doesn't seem to care and the prices seem to constantly be going up. In this area though they are about your only choice!
Well, it is what it is; You pay the kid at the register, pull up to the entrance (neutral, no brakes), and sit there in your car is it passes through brushes, sprayers and blowers, then use the free vacuums, which were recently replaced and are now very powerful. The carwash will make your car clean-ish and if you paid a little extra for the wax, water will bead on the paint for a while. This car wash is worth the money. You get what you pay for.
The worst car wash in Spokane! Management pulled open my car door and would not allow me to leave the premises until the manager was finished responding (in a hostile manner) to my complaint of poor service during the last THREE visits. The staff is completely unprofessional and does not respect the property of others. I was told "If you don't like the service here, go somewhere else".
