I had the membership with them, but to be honest, they have a very bad customer service plus needed damage my car when I did ask can you guys figure it out? Can you guys help me with that? Yeah, we will call you ( 10 days, nobody called) Once I came to the location, they told me sorry we don’t cover the damage we did Especially in Columbia Heights location it’s a very bad location don’t go there (I’m sorry, guys you don’t even deserve one Star
It kinda sucks to pay for the most expensive wash for it to be done mediocrely. Oh, and I had to pay again for it to be rewashed. Corporate quality at is finest.
Great services all year round
It's very convenient. The only downside is membership sticker on your window. makes it not transferable, if you have multiple cars without some craftiness.
I love the fact that I can come and get my truck washed for a reasonable price with different tiers bring available on what services I want.
