I came out of their Shoreview, MN wash today with scratch's to the passenger side. No soap sprayed on passenger side and it seemed dry. Brought to mangers attention and had nothing to say not even an apology. I'm sure they're trained to not commit to any fault. 2017 Cadillac XT5. I'll never go back!
