In June my brand new truck was damaged in the car wash, since then I have been lied to, deceived, and flat out been treated like crap by their claims department. The general manager Enrico lied to me and told me it would be covered, then simply “forgot” to handle my estimate to the claims department. The representative assigned my case Jennifer has me going through loops nobody should. Today she laughed at me. Im done! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!! The same thing will happen to you when they damage your property
