Great place to wash your car.
Probably the best car wash in Springfield... whether outside or inside...is open if it's not raining, snowing, or worse (during regular business hours), anytime it's worth washing the car anyway...
It has taken my money in the touchless car wash the base and the vacuums on several occasions I don't know I keep returning I guess because it's close to home there's no number to call to get your money back or complain the number they have listed on the website as a fax . Dirty nasty

MISTER CAR WASH: With the prices going up on changed ownership, QUALITY HAS GONE DOWN. I've gone to this car wash for hundreds of washes over many years. Under Mister the wash AND dry is not as good. There's always a little water left on the car, but now there is MORE water remaining. OBSERVE as you go through the wash. How many wash nozzles are not working? Regarding an experience that my daughter had Tuesday at the Cruz Thru on Gosford. My daughter bought the most expensive car wash etc. By the time the car was done with the washing and drying as she pulled out she noticed that her rearview mirror on the passengers side was totally broken off. She pulled towards the office and spoke to the manager's daughter who works there about what happened. This girl right away said that something was already wrong with it. This car wash was one of my first jobs over 30 yrs ago. I have been going to this car wash off and on. Sometimes it is hit and miss with service depending how busy. I had read the reviews prior to getting my car washed. I asked the receptionist to speak to the manager. I met with Kyle the manager prior to my car getting washed and let him and others know that I would be writing a review. They are all interested in doing a good job. They treated me with respect.
