Very much appreciate Sam’s help today researching a billing issue. He resolved our mystery and concern even while juggling many duties during a busy time.
Sam, the general manager at this location, deserves to be commended! We realized our credit card was being charged for an extra car wash each month, and he was the one who solved the problem. This is not worthy because we tried to have the problem solved at a couple of other locations. Sam was exceedingly professional, and he prioritized helping us despite being very busy.
The customer service was wonderful. Yailin, Branden, Marco and there was another guy but I can’t remember his (so sorry) but they were wonderful. Was able to open up a new membership right away and was able to get in and out in no time. I love coming to Mister car wash because of their wonderful service.
Went for the first time for interior wash primarily and was very disappointed. I even pointed out areas of a recent soda spill to be cleaned...but it wasn't. Arm rest wells were not vacuumed. Gear console areas weren't cleaned. Varpets were cleaned well, but that was it for the interior. Plus I got asked for a tip prior to any work being done...thought it odd but which I provided along with my payment. Very disappointed and wasted $$. Lesson learned.
