I was disappointed that my vehicle was not properly cleaned. My floor mats were not cleaned. The outside dirt was left by the windows. I pay monthly for Premium service. I know it get's super busy at time but staff should really pay attention to detail and clean the vehicles correctly.
There is no place to wipe down your vehicle...
My car is so clean! They did an amazing vacuum job. I rarely get it cleaned so I really appreciate the hard work and focus on detail.
Attention to detail was amazing, the car looked very clean, inside and out. Service was amazing and employees were very kind.
