Noticed a $25 charge on my credit card, from when I went to wash my tires that took a total of 2 minutes. Should be a $5 wash. Called owner who stated I never got charged. Hmm, but its on my bank statement. Then said I should have hit the button so it didn't continue charging me, otherwise it would charge $25. She wouldn't give me a refund even after telling her I washed my tires and purchased a $5 wash. There is no rip-off car wash like this anywhere else. DO NOT GO HERE. They are in the business to rip people off!
I’ve been a member for several months now, and I just have to brag on the man that’s always there when I go through. I don’t know the tall, slender middle aged man’s name but he is always there and always so friendly. The car wash is great in itself, but the friendly attitude keeps us driving a county over for this specific wash.
I’m not one to complain, but I paid for a service and didn’t receive it. The manager or owner even admitted that it was their fault but refused to a refund. I was told by the manager or owner I had to hand wash my truck due to having some mud underneath, after I already paid and was guided in the automatic car wash by another staff member.
Took my vehicle through the car wash this morning. There is soap still all over my vehicle. When advising the owner of the situation, she did not offer to accommodate me in any way. Instead, she told me that freezing temperatures will cause this although she was the one who directed me into the car wash without warning me of this possibility. Very rude and belligerent.
