Bit disappointed in the customer service. Called in at 11am to enquire about a part gave information/contact details to the lady on the phone and was told i would receive a call within 10 mins. Didn’t receive a call, called again at 2.30 pm chasing this up once again told will need to wait another hour as she was checking their other yard. No call received at all. Easy service - emailed the part I needed, they quoted, I agreed, they sent the part and arrived in a couple of days. Garage that fitted said it was good and authentic - saved me over $1,500+gst if I had to buy the part new. I recommended and will use them again in future.
