If I could leave a negative star, I would. She was rude on the phone to book the appointment, but I gave her the benefit out the doubt and came anyways. When we got in there a few mins before our appt time she was working on someone until a few mins past. Then she comes out, completely disregarded us sitting there and took another client back… after our appt time. I waited for her to say something, anything…. But she disappeared and we ended up leaving. It also smells awful like urine or something inside.
Poor attitude when I called inquiring about a hair cut. Poor customer service. I will never let her touch my hair.
Missy was great with everything she did to my hair for the time and service and advice. While I was there I wasn’t sure about high lights in my hair she said it’s up to you so I decided to do it and it actually turned out really great I do not regret it she was very professional and helpful I definitely recommend her and she will definitely see me again. I have a before and after photos
We love coming to her! She does an amazing job!
