I came in for a gel application and by the third color layer, I noticed it was very streaky and uneven. I asked the technician if she planned to add another layer, she said yes so I waited. After the fourth layer, it was still streaky, and when I asked her to fix it before curing, she refused and kept telling me “no pay.” She also made an inappropriate comment asking if I wanted my skin to be “white.” I asked another staff member, likely the owner, for help.
