Paid $30 for an acrylic removal I could have done better at home. Took them 5 minutes from the time I sat down, just ripping each nail off without even soaking them in anything first. Nails were left damaged and can still see where the top layer was ripped off almost 2 weeks later. Extremely unfriendly service as well, way different from when I went a couple years ago. :(
Incredibly unhappy, took my two girls in to get acrylic nails which were RUSHED and done terribly. The nails started chipping including the paint on them the day after being done. on day TWO a nail FELL OFF! not to mention we were being RECORDED and LAUGHED at. yes we went in to get a refund but was denied. NEVER AGAIN!! Rude people there!!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I went to get my nail extensions removed and they basically BUTCHERED my nails . Over scraping left my nails super thin, almost exposing the nail beds 🤯. It got swollen, bled, and I couldn't even work - and I'm a nurse 🩺. Super unhappy with the service. Would NOT recommend. 1/5 stars
