not the best! scheduled for a SPECIFIC hairstyle was told they don't do what I wanted also wanted a color and was told it was for another client when there were boxes of the same braids... after getting my hair done I also did have an allergic reaction to whatever product they use so be mindful.

I am more than pleased with my knotless braids. The young lady that did my hair was so polite, patient and professional. She took her time in mixing the color to my satisfaction. When I was indecisive she remained patient with me. She was also gentle with managing my hair. The style took a while as she did my head by herself but refused to stop so I could be done as soon as possible. The braids aren't heavy and parts are even in size. I'm very pleased and will be back again.

We called and inquired a day before, and was told to come by 2! Got there at 1:30ish after we drove a hour and got there and she asked us to first come back then we waited 2 hours, they overlooked my friend which she waited 3 after talking to someone when we got there as well clearly said we! Had to tell the lady to put moose on my hair then they didn’t care to cut the excess hair! All my parts are different sizes! The curls are coming out! I've gotten my hair done here 3 times. They usually do a good job and have 2 to 3 people working on your head at the same time. Which is great, because you aren't in there long. Now, unfortunately sometimes your braids are different sizes. Also, they are not organized. If you call and make an appointment they take walk ins in between appointments knowing it will over lap with already scheduled appointments.
