Wonderful service! Staff was polite and very welcoming. I got butt length boho braids and they got me out in 4 1/2 hours! I will be back

This was our first time visiting, and while the staff was very kind and professional, I do want to share some honest feedback about my daughter’s experience. We showed a specific style beforehand, but the final result looked quite different from what we requested. We asked for medium braids with more body and fullness, similar to the reference photo, but the braids turned out flatter and not as full as expected.
