Extremely helpful, knowledgeable and gave thorough results with suggestions on how we could help our dog thru his cancer. We drove 3 hours to go to this location because of the excellent staff and being part of the MU Veterinarian Program. They are the best, anywhere! Our Dr. was helpful and answered all the questions that we threw at her. She was open to and even suggested some holistic ways to help our dog be more comfortable as his cancer spreads. If I could give a 10-star review, I would. From the moment we entered the building with our Collie Seamus, we knew we were in the right place. The veterinarian, vet techs, vet student, and office staff were compassionate, knowledgeable, and attentive. Seamus felt so at ease, he fell asleep in the exam room after all the love and attention he received. We left happy with the treatment plan going forward. It was expressed to me that it was crucial that the medication my pet required be refrigerated when in route to me from the clinic. Although my personal information was forwarded to the clinic via email they failed to record an accurate home address over the phone. For this reason the $900 prescription I purchased took an extra 36 hours to reach me ( in the month of July) and the medicine was ineffective. It is so great to have such amazing specialists so close to home in Wentzville. Definitely the place to go for complex skin issues and allergy testing! The technicians Kelly and Courtani are also excellent to work with and truly care about your fur baby.
