Wish I could rate them zero stars. Looked at my cats for less than a minute and then still charged a full office visit fee for both of them, brushed off my concerns about one of them crying in the litter box like I was a moron for even asking about it, currently taking forever to approve an online pharmacy order that supposedly takes one click and that supposedly a tech does the approvals once a day (the pharmacy sent it several days ago, and I confirmed with the office that there shouldn’t be a problem for them to approve t... read more
I had to wait in the waiting room for over 40 minutes before my dog was seen. Showed up on time too. Over booking patients to have them sit in a full waiting room with no seating.
We had to suddenly put down our family dog and Dr. Ty and his tech were so kind, caring and attentive to our good girl(and us by extension). We needed to remove the blanket we brought her to the vet in after she had passed and it warmed my heart how the tech spoke to my girl as if she was still with us. “It’s okay girlie, I’m just gonna lift you up”. My very elderly dog had become extremely ill and was suffering.. I had to make the impossible decision that she needed end of life care and unfortunately there was literally no veterinarians in the Minot area that could help for a few days and I just couldn’t watch her suffer for that long. I called Missouri Valley and explained the situation to the very sweet woman on the phone and despite being triple booked at all three locations she was still able to squeeze us in the same day.
