I had to wait in the waiting room for over 40 minutes before my dog was seen. Showed up on time too. Over booking patients to have them sit in a full waiting room with no seating.
We had to suddenly put down our family dog and Dr. Ty and his tech were so kind, caring and attentive to our good girl(and us by extension). We needed to remove the blanket we brought her to the vet in after she had passed and it warmed my heart how the tech spoke to my girl as if she was still with us. “It’s okay girlie, I’m just gonna lift you up”. My very elderly dog had become extremely ill and was suffering.. I had to make the impossible decision that she needed end of life care and unfortunately there was literally no veterinarians in the Minot area that could help for a few days and I just couldn’t watch her suffer for that long. These vets have always taken great care of our dogs. We recently had to put our elder Boston Terrier to sleep and the staff were all extremely compassionate. We had a scheduled appointment and they had the room prepared for us when we arrive. They placed a blanket on the floor so we were all able to be comfortable. We appreciated the room being prepared as our whole family was in tears and emotional about this difficult decision.
