This Business is Outstanding! My wife went on a sewing retreat to Missouri Star in Hamilton, upon arrival she had noticed her machine had broken during transport. The service is phenomenal! I tried to turn on my Babylock and it did not respond. I took it to the downtown store this morning and I was able to pick it up this afternoon. They were very straightforward with what was needed and I'm so happy to have my 'baby' back! I know this doesn't happen all the time, but when this does happen, all should know! repairs take a long time and staff does not keep customers in the loop. dropped a machine off on 10/05 and did not get a call until 11/02 to pick it up, and it wasn't even fixed (I was not charged for the servicing, only the bulb they replaced). Bought a floor model machine on sale and was told when purchasing that I could choose an extra $700 off or a bundle and I chose the bundle. I went to the Independence location. Sherrie was absolutely wonderful. she asked my budget and what type of sewing I do. She showed me a couple machines in my budget and pointed out the features of each and which of their features would be good for me specifically. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. Such AWESOME customer service, selection & aid! This is the second time I’ve purchased an excellent machine from MoSew, this time without being able to visit the store. But because of the expertise of Martin, I was able to select the perfect new machine to meet my needs specifically and got a super deal on the purchase price & financing! I can’t wait to find out more about the quilting classes/community either! Super exciting!! 🤗

Had my machine serviced in early March before moving out of area. Several weeks later, took it out of box and set it up in new location. WOW! What a super surprise—mini LED lights had been installed!! Thank you, Missouri Sewing, wonderful & much appreciated addition to my favorite Janome. That’s truly an “above and beyond “ the normal or usual expectation. Excellent service !!
