I don't go anywhere else. Not only do they take amazing care of my machine and help me with any/every hiccup...they truly care about me as a person, too! So thankful for the employees at this store!
Great Service!!!! – Courteous and helpful along with fast repair of my 45 year old machine; I couldn't ask for more!! I was concerned after reading a poor review, but couldn't have been more pleased with the people and the repair. I highly recommend this company.
Worst Customer Service Ever – I had the worst experience at this place ever. After them taking many weeks to fix my sewing machinge (and me being very patient waiting), I went to pick it up on a Thursday evening (the only time they're open after 5 p.m.) When I went to pick it up, the front storage compartment of my machine was missing - with all of my accessories as well! Sewing Machines Good place to get a new or used sewing machine. They have a good trade-in policy. I have had a Singer and a Pfaff machine repaired satisfactorily through this company.
