My aunt recently passed away and my mother called to start arranging a headstone and had a horrendous experience. Robert answered the phone and insisted on arguing about the ownership of the Columbia Cemetery, the location, etc. For someone who has seven generations of family buried there and who’s mother is on the board for the Cemetery, as well as volunteering and studying the place myself this is just outrageous.
