Our 3 year old managed to get into his multivitamins. Connie had me feeling better about the situation in seconds and followed up an hour later to check on him. She made a scary experience easy - can’t say thank you enough!

I had taken a little bit too much baking soda trying to cure acid reflex. I spoke with Mary, and I did not expect to be treated so kindly…I felt so dumb calling in about it, but she made me feel so so cared for AND even called me an hour later to check on me. She offered to call again later as well….she was not rushing to get off the phone. She wanted to make sure I was okay.
