The staff and everybody are so nice here, and they really take time to listen.
I've never been to any medical establishment that would absolutely not allow mom or dad back with their kid. It's weird, and I don't believe it to be standard practice. Need to change that ridiculous policy because all it does is create mistrust.
Shari Cook NP provided substandard prenatal care and my baby was stillborn. My entire family suffered tremendously from the loss and my own health deteriorated as proper treatment was delayed. Sometime later MOCH withheld requested lab results, whether through incompetence or malicious intent to cover up their own negligence. I had to ask multiple times to get all my medical records.
