Dr. Balles and the dental staff are very kind and patient. All of them are great at explaining what's going, "warning"you with next steps, and showing true concern/empathy. I have PTSD with dentist and they keep me calm and make sure i never have pain.
Great providers in both medical and dental, front desk ladies are always so sweet and helpful. Great team all the way around.
I came in as a dental emergency with a broken tooth. Dr Bales and her staff took excellent care of me and were able to restore my tooth with modern tools and techniques, used with my comfort in mind. I didn't feel a thing! Dr Bales is kind and caring to both patients and staff. The restoration of my molar was billed at about $670 to my insurance. Dr Bales is in network for Cigna.
