I came in as a dental emergency with a broken tooth. Dr Bales and her staff took excellent care of me and were able to restore my tooth with modern tools and techniques, used with my comfort in mind. I didn't feel a thing! Dr Bales is kind and caring to both patients and staff. The restoration of my molar was billed at about $670 to my insurance. Dr Bales is in network for Cigna.
Shared that I needed work done on my teeth and that I needed to see a dentist. The two ladies behind the desk told me to go elsewhere and were genuinely apathetic. They seemed like they hate their job and could care less about you as a person. (8/22/2025) I called the MOCH in Ava and the woman on the phone was wonderful and helped me accomplish dental work in less than 5 minutes. Great example of how who is behind the desk makes or breaks a company.
