This company does not understand customer service. First took over a month to get the estimate - after multiple calls Second, I asked for an "approximate month" in which I might receive the rails - nothing. Third, when they finally arrived it was a last minute call. The young men who came to install the rails did not wear safety glasses while grinding the rails and doing the work (risk for eye injury).
